  • Florida: 41 counties, including Bay, Brevard, Broward, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, DeSoto, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hernando, Hillsborough, Holmes, Indian River, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Lee, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Nassau, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington.

  • Tennessee: 8 counties, including Blount, Bradley, Hamilton, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Monroe, and Sevier.

  • Virginia: 6 counties and 1 city, including Galax, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, and Wise.

Taxpayers in these regions now have until May 1, 2025, to file returns and pay any taxes originally due between the start of the disaster in each state and this extended deadline.
